For many of us, work is more than just a source to earn money. For some, it is a means of survival, and for others, it brings a sense of purpose.

Many people we know always find a reason to continue working without taking a rest. Some of us skip consuming our annual leaves to show our best performance the entire year. While your employers would appreciate you for being a consistent and diligent asset to the company, your mental health would not feel the same.

A break, every now and then, is essential for your mental and physical well-being. Not only this but breaks helped you find your true productivity and happiness in life. Most of the time, we engross ourselves in routine-based work, which eventually limits our productivity and continues to damage our mental health. Instead of pushing yourself to the back burner, it is time to utilize your days off and casual breaks.

Plan Activities
