Earliest time to apply with USCIS

• Up to 90 days before the I-20 program end date

Deadline for application to be received by USCIS

• Up to 60 days after the I-20 program end date
• Within 30 days of the “date issued” listed on page 1 of your OPT I-20, under the school attestation section.

After Post-completion OPT
