Remember that you should choose the best filters to create an appropriate set of results to answer your research question. Don't choose filters in a desperate attempt to decrease the number of results!

In this case, Article Types is the best category of filter to consider first since you want to find the best advice.

- - Practice Guideline provides information from professional organizations or others who have looked carefully at the existing information and determined the best way to proceed.
  - Randomized Controlled Trial will let you look at the most rigorous kind of primary literature (research that includes a control group of patients as well as those receiving one or more treatments).

Try applying the Practice Guideline filter to the search. You now have a more focused set of results and likely won't need to consider any other filters.

If you do not find many (or any) practice guidelines, Randomized Controlled Trial is the next filter to try. This retrieved a larger set of results, and you might want to consider adding an Age filter (because this person is 60 years old) or Sex filter (to see results that only focus on women) as well.
