U-M Library Instruction DIY Toolkit
Welcome to the U-M Library's DIY Toolkit. Use this site to discover pre-made modules on a variety of information literacy and library research topics, review and/or download modules from Canvas Commons into your course, or contact a librarian about creating a customized module for your students. Modules can be used for a number of purposes, including:
- Complementing an in-class session by a librarian
- Providing just-in-time instruction
- Saving class time by assigning a module as homework or an assignment
Instructions on the overall setup of each module is included as an INSTRUCTOR ONLY page at the start of each module. You have complete control to add or modify any part of a module once it is imported.
