Paper copies of this assignment must be given to Hannah and Deepti by 4 PM on November 6^th, 2015, by handing them over personally/ sliding them under the offices (M5020 for Deepti, M5318 for Hannah, both located on the 5^th floor of SPH2 building - do NOT post it in our mailboxes in the Epid office at 4th floor); an electronic copy should be uploaded to Canvas in the "Assignments" tab by 5 PM on Friday, November 6, 2015. Late assignments will be accepted up to a week after the due date with a 50% penalty. Assignments are to be individually completed without consulting other students. Please submit your document as a .doc or .docx format with the following naming convention: "assignment2_uniqname.doc" (for example: "assignment2_mboulton.docx").
