On this Canvas site, Stamps studio coordinators are making themselves virtually available to help Stamps students with course work, demos, materials questions, software, and more. Think online tech support for your work. Even if you can’t go to the studios, the studio coordinators can still support you.

Studio space is available outside posted class times for students to do coursework.
Studios can be used to complete course work or to attend an online class.
In order to gain access to any card-access studio you must complete the following steps:
1. Complete General Safety Form
2. Complete Studio Specific Training & Form
3. Fill out Studio Access Form
Fill out the Stamps After-Hours Access Form Links to an external site. for the studios you would like to use and have completed the required training (Do not just check off all studios. Only select the ones for which you have completed training and need access to). You should do this the first day of class. Information on the safety orientations and proficiency trainings required for each studio can be found on the individual Studio Module. After submission, your access form must be approved by the Studio Coordinator before you can use space in the studio. The coordinator will verify your class enrollment and whether or not you have completed the required training. If you are not currently enrolled in a class within the space you are requesting, you need to contact the area's coordinator to discuss what you plan to do in the space including what machines/consumables you plan to use; you may have to pay a studio fee for use of consumables. Your access request form will take 72 business hours to process once submitted, and you will not receive a confirmation email once it is approved.
Once processed your M-Card will activate the card reader for the Studio you have gained access to. Studio Access is granted after you have filled out the form and completed any necessary orientations or training. Student access is granted for the current semester only and must be resubmitted each new semester. After-hours access grants you access to the studio when the doors are locked, but the studio is still open for work time (see "Studio Hours" below). It does not grant 24-7 access.
M-Card Studio Hours
Studios are open to student with after hours M-Card access from 7 am-11:59 pm during the week and on the weekend. Hours for the Woodshop and Digifab Studio may differ. Between these hours the studios are available for use by approved users outside of posted or scheduled class times.
