Intro to Engineering Library Recap
Congratulations on completing the Introduction to the Engineering Library & its Resources module. As a reminder, these were the main concepts we covered:
-
- Scopus: the recommended database for engineering students
- Standards: industry specifications for measurements and protocols, often found in electronic format at AAEL
- LaTeX: a typesetting program for engineers and mathematicians that allows for complex formatting
- Art, Architecture & Engineering Library: the AAEL collects materials to support the colleges and departments on North Campus. Some of the highlights of the AAEL collection are the Materials Collection, Book Arts Studio, high-tech labs on the first floor, and 3D-capable VizHubs.
