1) What is the relationship between your study-level exposure estimate and the change in hearing threshold level at 4 kHz from baseline to end of follow-up? How do the other covariates (e.g., effect modifiers, potential confounders, use of protective equipment, etc) that you have added to the model change this relationship, if at all?
2) What is the relationship between your study-level exposure estimate and either the change in resting heart rate from baseline to end of follow-up or the change in diastolic and systolic blood pressure from baseline to end of follow-up? How do the other covariates (e.g., effect modifiers, potential confounders, use of protective equipment, etc) that you have added to the model change this relationship, if at all?
3) Create a logistic (not linear!) regression model with a binary outcome variable for either hearing threshold level at 4 kHz or one of the cardiovascular parameters (i.e., resting heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, or systolic blood pressure), a study-level exposure estimate, and other covariates (e.g., effect modifiers, potential confounders, use of protective equipment, etc). Report the results of the model.
