1) Conduct descriptive analyses of all new variables in the dataset. How are the data distributed? What measures of central tendency are appropriate for each?
2) Do you see relationship between gender (gender) and the noise exposure variable (workleqdba), or between age (agebaselineyears) and the noise exposure variable (workleqdba)?
3) Do you see any measurements that do not have acceptable calibration values (postcalvaluedba)? If so, how do you think this issue should be addressed? Hint: check the variable description file for the acceptable parameters for the calibration variable)
4) From the assigned reading by Werner and Attfield, briefly describe in your own words the rationale for the authors' recommendation that grouping strategies designed to maximize precision of estimated exposures instead of specificity may be preferred.
5) From the assigned reading by Armstrong, briefly describe in your own words the expected effects of exposure measurement error on a dichotomous scale as well as on a polytomous scale.
