Chief Complaint
Recurrent intermittent pain in lower right quadrant. Patient was referred to oral surgeon for evaluation and treatment.
Background and Patient History

Patient has a history of exercise-induced asthma, allergy to Zithromax.

Medications:  Zyrtec 10mg, Singulair 10mg, Albuterol PRN

Current Findings
Extraoral exam- no significant findings. Intraoral exam- no swelling, no paresthesia, percussion #30,31,32 negative, all teeth in LR quad are vital, no mobility.
